Joe Johnson currently serves as the youth minister for Metro church of Christ in Gresham, OR. He and his wife have been members of the Metro congregation since 2009, where he has been involved with the youth for over a decade. During that time, Joe has also volunteered at the Manna Fest Youth Conference and Camp Yamhill High School Camp and has led the Metro youth group on several mission trips to Mexico City. Before entering ministry, Joe spent 12 years as an electronics technician with the Army National Guard and over 10 years serving as a police officer and detective. Joe
is married to Kendra, and together they have two children. He enjoys a variety of hobbies with his family, including woodworking, reading, playing video games, camping, and working in their yard.
