Ministerial Journey of Bro. Nathaniel E. Whitlock, Sr. Bro. Nathaniel E. Whitlock, Sr., serves as Minister at Madison Park Churches of Christ, Seattle, WA.  Spiritual Beginnings and Growth: After moving to Seattle, Nathaniel was introduced to the Church of Christ and baptized in 1990. He has steadily
grown in his faith and service since then. Ministerial Service and Leadership: Over 35 years, he has held multiple roles, including organizer for Men’s Ministry, Preacher, Bible class teacher, trustee board member, treasurer, construction finance manager, construction project manager, and facility maintenance, and served as Associate Minister for 5 and a half years. He now served as Minister at the Madison Park Church of Christ since May 2023.
Spiritual Mentorship and Education: Nathaniel studied at Seattle Bible Institute, where he served as an instructor. He holds certifications in marriage counseling and regularly participates in spiritual development conferences. Philosophy of Service: He emphasizes servant leadership, following Christ’s example. Family: Nathaniel married Tina in 1991, and they have two children and three grandchildren.
